Shipping Policy
Effective date: 23 July 2026
1. Eligible destinations and recipients
CN International LLC supplies research-use-only materials to verified universities, laboratories and other qualified scientific institutions. We ship only where the product, recipient, intended use and delivery route can be supported lawfully and responsibly. Availability shown on the storefront does not guarantee that every product can be shipped to every destination.
2. Order review and processing
Orders may be reviewed for institutional eligibility, intended research use, payment, stock, destination restrictions and required permits before dispatch. In-stock orders are generally prepared within two to five business days after acceptance and cleared payment, but this is an estimate. Special-order products, documentation requests, compliance review, holidays or temperature-controlled arrangements may require additional time.
3. Shipping charges and service
Available delivery methods and charges are shown at checkout, in a quotation or in the order confirmation. We select services appropriate to the destination and, where relevant, the product’s stability and handling requirements. We may divide an order into multiple shipments where appropriate. Tracking information is provided when available.
4. Delivery estimates
Transit and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customs inspection, carrier disruption, weather, permit checks, force majeure and remote destinations may cause delay. Please plan research schedules only after receipt and inspection of the materials.
5. Institutional address and receipt
The customer must provide a complete, accurate institutional delivery address, authorised recipient, telephone number and any site-specific receiving instructions. The customer must ensure that trained personnel can receive, inspect and store the shipment promptly. We may decline delivery to residential addresses, parcel lockers or other locations that cannot support institutional verification or appropriate handling.
6. Import, customs and permits
The customer is the importer of record unless the order confirmation expressly states otherwise. The customer is responsible for confirming that the products may be imported, possessed and used at the destination and for obtaining licences, permits, end-use statements, customs registrations or institutional approvals. Duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, inspections, storage charges and similar destination costs are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included in writing.
7. Restricted shipments
We do not ship where prohibited by law, sanctions, export controls, carrier restrictions or responsible-supply requirements. We may hold, reroute or cancel a shipment if required information is missing or a compliance concern arises. We will handle payments for any unfulfilled portion in accordance with the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
8. Risk, title and failed delivery
Transfer of title and risk is governed by the order confirmation and any stated Incoterm. If no specific term is stated, applicable law and the agreed carrier arrangement apply. Additional costs caused by an inaccurate address, unavailable recipient, rejected delivery, missing import documents or customer-requested rerouting may be charged to the customer. Products returned after a failed delivery may be ineligible for resale or refund if storage conditions or chain of custody cannot be verified.
9. Damage, shortage or temperature concern
Inspect shipments immediately. If packaging is damaged, quantities are incorrect or a temperature or handling issue is suspected, preserve the shipment and all packaging, record photographs and courier information, and contact us promptly before opening or use. Follow the Refund Policy for review and available remedies.
10. Research-use-only reminder
Delivery does not change the product’s intended purpose. All products remain strictly for qualified laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, therapy, food, cosmetics or household applications.
11. Contact
For destination eligibility, shipping quotations, permits or delivery support, use the public contact channel displayed on the storefront or the contact details in your quotation, invoice or order correspondence.
