1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to this storefront and purchases from CN International LLC, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. They apply together with any quotation, order confirmation, invoice, product specification and written agreement issued for an order. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these terms, the specific agreement controls for that order.

2. Institutional customers only

The storefront is intended solely for universities, academic research groups, qualified laboratories, contract research organisations and other appropriately authorised scientific institutions. By using the site or submitting an order, you confirm that you act for an eligible institution, are authorised to bind it, and provide accurate and current information. We may request verification and may reject, suspend or cancel access or orders where eligibility or intended use cannot be confirmed.

3. Research use only

All products are supplied exclusively for legitimate laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not for food, cosmetic or household applications. Products must not be administered to humans or animals, used for self-experimentation, or resold or transferred to individuals for such purposes. Product names and scientific descriptions identify materials and research context; they are not medical advice, dosing guidance or claims of clinical safety or efficacy.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for determining scientific suitability; completing an appropriate risk assessment; providing trained personnel, facilities and protective equipment; following relevant safety data and institutional procedures; and ensuring lawful purchase, import, possession, storage, handling, use, transfer and disposal. The customer must obtain all licences, permits, approvals and customs documents required in the destination jurisdiction.

5. Product information and documentation

We aim to describe products accurately, but research materials may show normal lot-to-lot variation within stated specifications. Images may be illustrative. Available certificates of analysis, specifications or lot documents may be requested before use. The customer must inspect documentation and material identity before beginning work.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until CN International LLC issues an order confirmation or otherwise accepts the order in writing. We may apply minimum quantities, institutional verification, destination restrictions or documentation requirements. Items marked “price on request” require a written quotation and are not offered as zero-price purchases. We may correct obvious pricing, stock or description errors before acceptance.

7. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the storefront or quotation and may exclude delivery, customs charges, duties, taxes and bank fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is due using the method and timing shown at checkout, on the invoice or in the quotation. The customer is responsible for taxes and import costs legally payable by it.

8. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Shipping, customs clearance, transfer of title and risk are governed by the order confirmation, applicable Incoterm if stated, and the Shipping Policy. Delays caused by carriers, customs, permits, force majeure or inaccurate customer information do not create liability beyond mandatory law.

9. Inspection, returns and refunds

The customer must inspect deliveries promptly and follow the Refund Policy for shortages, damage, defects or return requests. No return may be sent without prior authorisation. Storage, handling, contamination or use after delivery may affect eligibility for a remedy.

10. Intellectual property

The storefront, branding, text, graphics and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customers may use product documentation internally for legitimate research, procurement, safety and compliance purposes, but may not misrepresent, commercially republish or remove proprietary notices without permission.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, materials are supplied for research use under the specifications and warranties expressly stated in the applicable order documents. We do not warrant fitness for a particular experimental outcome or uninterrupted availability of the storefront. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for claims, losses or regulatory consequences arising from its unlawful purchase, import, storage, handling, transfer, resale, administration or use of products, or breach of these terms.

13. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend access, hold a shipment or cancel an unaccepted order where necessary for safety, compliance, sanctions, fraud prevention, stock availability or breach of these terms. Amounts paid for a cancelled, unfulfilled order will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot be excluded. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes promptly and in good faith.

15. Contact and changes

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and effective date. For contractual questions, use the public contact channel displayed on the storefront or the contact details in your quotation, invoice or order correspondence.
